The walls and shower are all tiled now, we are just waiting for the new toilet, sink and glass shower doors to be delivered. I can't wait, but I have a nagging feeling that I'm going to be obnoxiously overprotective of the new bathroom. "You can admire it all you want, but if you actually have to use the facilities, please go upstairs!"

Ohhh, that looks so nice..I'd be the same way about using it too..the first time Tom wanted to take a shower,I'd go.."Ummm, no,you cant use that,it's just for looks..I'll hook up the garden hose outside.." LOL
I love all the shelves!! Very smart. Looks great.
Fab - very classic. Who did it - your DH?
As a designer who's currently going in LOVE with the whole subway tile resurgance, I love it. Simple and classic - there's no better design than one that can stand the test of time. Now can I hire you to help me w/ some of my clients :)
The tiles are so sparkly and clean and new. I can absolutely see why you wouldn't want anyone actually showering in there. :-)
Hi everyone, thanks for all the nice compliments!
Joanne, nope, the DH is very handy, but with his insane travel schedule, he no longer has time for as many DIY projects as he once did. We hired the same guy who installed tile throughout the whole house--it's so low maintenance, so durable and best of all, so easy to keep clean.
Jen, yay, you have the best taste of anyone I know, so your opinion means a lot! Emily
Beautiful and the same colours are coming up in my bathroom :) Only my mosaique will be vertical lines.
