Woo Hoo!

I bought some beer at the local grocery store and I got carded--WOO HOO! Okay, the cashiers are probably told to card anyone under 30, I probably was not mistaken for a dewy 20 year old, but still, I look younger than 30. That still deserves a woo hoo (albeit in lower case letters)!

I got carded while buying pink vodka (yep) at Ralph's today too, but I doubt it was because I looked under 21. No one could function as a cashier and be that blind. :p

Btw, US booze prices make me cry with gratitude. Amen!

LOL Liz! The memory of reasonably priced wine available for purchase AT THE GROCERY STORE makes me cry, too. :-)

So funny you two were carded recently. I'm so old I can't even remember when is the last time I got carded... ;-)
